the process

Below are some pictures of the process of building a pole garage. The specifications for this particular garage built at Crooked River Ranch are:

  • 24' x 24' two-car garage (view wall cutout)
  • Apron - 3' x 24'
  • 1 - Walk in Door - standard size of 3'6" x 8'
  • 2 - Garage Doors - 10' x 7', Non-Insulated
  • Roof & Trim Color - Desert Brown
  • Wall Color - Beige
  • Skylights - 2' x 24' on the back side only
  • Roof Pitch - 4/12
  • Concrete - 4"

This particular garage was constructed during February so the concrete floor was poured after the frame was built. Typically we pour the concrete before the framing process begins but it all depends on the weather. The apron was poured later in March once the weather improved.
